I don't think that is really a good test of the geolocating skills of the AI, at the end of the day, if they generated it, they must know how they generated it even if you ask them in a different chat. You asked to draw the philippines, they did draw the philippines asccording to what the AI, in their training data interprets the philippines as looking like. By asking them what that country is, they once again analyze the image, look at their training data and it just so happens that the philippines is a perfect match. If you were to show them a image of an acutal random place, so not generated by them, and asking them to find it, that's the real test, having said that, I think the AI is pretty good at that too, just pointing out that your test is pretty meaningless
edit: i'm actually trying it out, seems to do pretty good whenever there is a building name, but if you're on a road, it shits itself, tho I couldn't try more than two locations since it's asking me to pay a subscription

But I already tried this with an image that Scyla posted here (it is broken and needs Wayback Machine to access it), and I'm pretty sure I could find the exact location if I spent about 3 days searching (but I'm not motivated enough to spend more than about 5 hours on it, lol).

In the dream, OT! was mentioned in an unexpected place, and I was going to say that on OT!, but I woke up and saw it was a dream, so I decided to post the dream on OT!, lol.
Today I dreamed that there was a professor at college who asked us to buy a certain math book or the PDF because it would be the one we would use in class. When my book arrived and I opened it, I discovered that in most of the pages, there were cute anime girls. I also opened to a random page that mentioned the existence of OT! (It was something like "There are many off-topic forums on the internet. Among them, a good example is the off-topic forum of the rhythm game osu!, also known as OT!"). I couldn’t believe it, and I didn't understand why this was in a math book, but I didn’t realize it was a dream, so I genuinely thought it was real for some reason, and all I wanted was to get home and show the pages of the book here (I even taking a pen and making a small line on my hand, which I usually do when I want to something later). Unfortunately, I woke up and saw that everything was just a dream. It all felt so real… I could actually read what was written on the pages (also, for some reason the book was in English, not Portuguese), and I very clearly solving the first question that was assigned but then getting lost in the pages looking for more anime girls and then never being able to find that page again and answer the second question, which was a question about lines, where I had to find the slope.

After that, my brother and I were being persecuted, and he died. But later, when I returned to Brazil, he was there, acting normally, but he was just an evil ghost that seemed real, and after I found out, he disappeared. I can't what Scyla looked like.
