So far, there hasn't been any case that a denizen would be deleted from the list.

500 posts really isn't that difficult, you just have to be a minimum active on the forums. I'm doing ~20 posts a day and I'm going on the forums only 2 or 3 times a day. Just talk in there and you will get it sooner than you think.
