Being optimistic and being like "hey guys look at me, I'm trying to be a MAT, now tell me I'm a great modder and I will do it" are completely different things and it only happens with some people - not generalizing at all.

But then again, some people like considering anything from me is flaming, so bye and have fun with your assumptions. :)

I highly recommend not doing a "mod-one-difficulty-as-fast-as-you-can-on-as-many-maps-as-you-can" experiment right before your app gets looked at.

...Not that I'm speaking from experience. >o>

On a side note we're already gotten a ton of great applications, this round should be one of the best in awhile.

Please,do not write things like "x for MAT" or something like that. This has been said many times,and it doesn't help the staff with any of the choosements,on the countrary it would just make the situation worse.

Are you sure? I don't recall that happening. I the "Think you know what it takes to be a MAT?" thread that basically was this with a fancier title, but yeah. I didn't do any research about it back then as I wasn't interested in modding.
