Most of osu! players are not pro at music, so we got some maps with a problem:

The long white tick doesn't follow the actual start of a section.

The first divisor of a section is a heavy beat. See the examples.

4/4 song:

0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0

3/4 song:

0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0

Where 0 is a heavy beat, so you need to set your offset on it.
