There can't be two players having more than 11,000 pp each in the same team.

The maximum team size is 2 players, meaning there will be no backup or replacement.
-
The scoring system used will be Score V2.
-
Teams will be seeded by performance points (pp) first and after that will be put into 8 groups of 4, and then top 16 teams will then proceed to the Group Stage with the top 2 teams per each group proceeding to the Knockout Stage.

The Taiko 2v2 Convert Tourney v2 will use double-elimination bracket, which means that there will be a losers' bracket and winners' bracket.
-
Reschedules will only be considered if both teams agree to a time. This needs to be done and notified to the tournament staff before Friday at 23:00 UTC in the particular week when the match takes place.

Even in a tournament setting, osu! is still a game. Please respect each other, be friendly, and play fair.

Every player will be invited to a multiplayer room at match time.
-
The referee can wait a maximum of 10 minutes for each player to attend.
-
If a player does not arrive, the referee will ask the other team for a 1v2 start. It will depend on the other team if they want to play or not.
-
Keep in mind that abstaining from a 1v1 is equivalent to forfeiting the match.

Captains will decide if they want to pick a warmup map (maximum limit is 3:30) and the order does not matter.
-
Captains will use the
!rollcommand. Each team will ban 1 map starting from the one who rolled the lowest. -
After the bans, the team that got the higher roll picks their first map then the other team picks theirs. This is continued until the match is done.
-
If a player gets disconnected for some reason in the first 10 seconds of the song, the referee will abort the game and restart it.
-
If it happens after 10 seconds, the score before the disconnect will be counted.
-

The referee can penalise teams if any player presents bad behaviour in the game room.
-
Once the match has finished, the room will be closed.
-
If a player fails in a song and does not revive, then their score is not counted, but if they do revive it will count. If every player in a team fails, then the sum of their scores will count.

If there is a tie, then no points are added to any team, but the map will be considered as played. If there is a tie on the tiebreaker, then then a rematch will happen using FreeMod conditions.
