The Muted mod reduces music and hitsound volume as the player's combo increases, eventually muting both completely. As the volume is lowered, a metronome beat fades in. Breaking combo resets the volume to normal levels.

• Start muted (default disabled): Reverses the effect of the mod. Volume will start muted, and increase with combo. If this setting is enabled, the Final volume at combo setting's minimum value is 1 instead of 0.
• Enable metronome (default enabled): Adds a metronome beat that gets louder as the music gets quieter.
• Final volume at combo (0–500, default 100): The combo at which the final volume will be reached. If set to 0 and Start muted is disabled, the volume will always be muted.
• Mute hit sounds (default enabled): Causes the mod to affect hitsound volume in addition to music volume.
