Problem details:
I bought this 2007 laptop that has windows 7 on it, osu should run fine but i can't seem to get over 30fps no matter what, it's not that it doesn't run it because it's stuck on 30fps all the time, i checked all the osu and the laptop's settings and nothing seems to help, what should i do?

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

osu! version: Stable 20250401.2 (latest)

What is your frame limiter set so?
Is your laptop plugged in? Make sure you don't have power/battery saving enabled somewhere

check to see if theres any software that might be limiting it? or if vsync might be on

not that i would know, the refresh rate is 60hz anyway so 30 doesn't make much sense
