How do I stream 200bpm and above and how do I maintain it?
is there any maps I can grind, do I start with bursts of 220bpm? (I can already do 230bpm bursts)
YES, I can stream 195 bpm and below maps with no problem, my infinite stamina caps at around 180bpm, above that my hand just dies.

I can stream 200bpm if I grind enough for it but that speed usually lasts a week and after that it's gone.
I really want to unlock more maps like Age of Tyranny or Snow Goose, as I have the aim, reading, well everything to fc them EXCEPT the speed and stamina.

I've been able to stream 180bpm since I was 90k or so, and I don't understand why 200bpm is so hard stream.

Any ideas? Tips?

if you can stream 195 and burst 230 with good acc, that means its likely not a rhythm OR speed problem, you just need to improve your "200bpm stamina". I'm guessing you can get good acc for a few notes then it starts crumbling, so genuinely the only fix is to play more. I'll link some maps below that are 200bpm.

Those are just a few maps and difficulties, if you want more then look for maps of the same bpm by the same mappers or try out different difficulties, I made this list in about 5 minutes so don't expect them to be the best maps to ever exist.
Again its most likely a stamina problem with your 200bpm technique, which means that you wont immediately see any improvements. You've just got to stay consistent and play more of these types of maps.
