get on, warm up fully, and then theres 2 things you can do
1) sightread a chart for A rank
2) improve an A rank into S rank (or any acc you want to, but id reccomend S rank)

if you go for 1, just play a variety and go for A rank

if you go for 2, then for that session go for 1 or 2 full attempts (or long enough youd improve from) and do that every session you pick second option until S rank or any acc

go for 1 if you domt feel like grinding anything, and 2 if you wanna play a song. you might meed to make yourself play a song you donr fully want to do however

playing like this just worked for me up until around right now where im gonna have to 97% a bunch of songs i S ranked a while ago which is gonna suck as that small S actual gives so much motivation but acc helps

more stuff i womt write out advice link ill always give loladvice link ill always give loladvice link ill always give loladvice link ill always give loladvice link ill always give loladvice link ill always give lol i should really make a whole forum post specifically for this lol ppl could mention stuff and i might update? idk ill make a poll in surveys

If you are improving just don't worry about it, even more when you are at the early game where you still have to learn many patterns. About time, when i was pushing the game back then i could only play on the weekend due to school and it was when i reached my peak so far. As long as you stay consistent you should keep seeing progress. Just don't worry about it too much.

its really as simple as two steps

learn the reading: (be able to see each and every individual note as if it were a picture) this will take constant focus and some hard training as for the next step

improve your hands: you really don't realize how slow you are until you can read really well and once you can you'll know that your fingers are weak and slow (im not kidding to say something like 190 bpm chordjack isn't that fast) so you'll need to continuously build habits such as good control, infinite stamina, and unparalleled speed. good posture and other factors will speed stuff like this up and i recommend learning every aspect about every muscle in the arms and wrists as well as how to train them and what those affects of training are.

or you could just play more

The more you play at peak times when you are more productive, the more skills you absorb from playing different types of charts.

For example, I recently returned to playing after not playing for a while, playing in the morning, which is my best time, just a little bit. Finally, after years, I can calmly play maps 4 ~ 5 without suffering. We gradually evolve day after day.
