Problem details:
during the game, the ms rises sharply to 13 and the fps drops to 75, but it is fixed alt + tab

Could you please provide your specs? Also, have you recently updated your graphics driver?

Along with above, can you please check to see if you have any background applications running? If so, please close them all out except for osu! and see if that helps any. It might be in you benefit to switch to the default skin and make sure you are using the `Optimal` Frame Limiter in the settings.

Ryzen 2600, gtx 1650 4 gb, ram idk name but 8gb x2, I updated the drivers as soon as the problems started.

I also tried to close everything, and the fps is always at optimal
