osu! version: Stable 20210821 (latest)
Blushing
You can recover the songs that appear on your profile on the website, under the played recently, most played, and those in your immediate top 100 plays, but for the rest of them, if you don't have a back up on a separate device then you are most likely out of luck.

Press F5 in beatmap selection, this will refresh every map in the Songs folder. If the maps status are in unknown state then do this:
- Close osu!
- Open osu! folder and search for osu!.db
- Delete or move osu!.db somewhere else from the folder, it's better if you backup the file in case if anything goes wrong.
- Open osu! and wait for a while until it has finished updating all the maps status(make sure you're connected to the internet or they will not update).

By doing the steps above you'll save more time by not updating it manually one by one and your replays are saved :D, though if you have selfmade maps some might be messed up.

This will do nothing if they actually deleted their beatmaps (which they did by reinstalling).
