What's this?
'Tis the season, so I'd like to give something back to the denizens of the community. I will be drawing 15 different padoru avatars as a drawing exercise based on the people who reply here. These will come as fully colored same-resolution images, and will be completed every week up until December 25th. I will mostly be working every Monday and Thursday on this project, but there's a chance it will get done sooner.

In the end, I hope to have a really cool collage of avatars I've made for people (and myself) below. FREE ART, MAN

Read these, please.

1. Limit one drawing per person. It's like sharing sauce packets with your friends. "No double-dipping".
2. Reply with the character's name of who you want me to draw. I'd prefer if they were the one in your avatar. You need to tell me who the character is, or else I can't queue your post/draw them.
3. It can be your own OC, too. Just DM me your character reference or post it here.
4. Once the slots run out, I'm probably not adding more. Maybe...
5. I'll also be doing a random drawing on Christmas day from the names of people who reply here, and one person is getting a free one-month suptag.

I am wondering very hard to think of a good character for a Padoru. The obvious choice would be my own avatar, Kumiko, but Kumiko is a very popular character so there are already tons of drawings of Kumiko Padoru, I feel like I should choose a more unique character.

I think a very unique character that I really like would be The blue girl from the movie Liz and the blue bird.




She is not named in the movie so she is refered to as "Blue girl" on the Hibike Euphonium wiki and as "Shoujo" on MAL.

when did you figure out it's just easier to apply for gmt? how much of the worlds resources were you wasting trying to research that?
