I recently bought a secondary screen and my osu! always capped at my secondary screen's fresh rate which is lower than my main screen when obs is running in second screen.

I know full-screen mode can deal with it but im here to seek a way to solve it in borderless window mode
have tried edit cfg FrameRate, turned off every enhance in Nvidia things which not working at all

osu! version: Cutting Edge 20250401

Have you checked your display settings? Sometimes Windows might revert your refresh rate.

Is there a specific reason why you are wanting to use borderless windowed instead of fullscreen exclusive?

If the issue can be mitigated by switching to that I am not following why you are not using that setting instead.

And can you list your SPECs: gpu, computer, monitors/screen specs, etc.

I use borderless windowed since i switch tab very often, using fullscreen make the switch tabs not smooth

and yeah fullscreen fix the problem but im here to seek if there is a better way to have borderless and problem solved

My Spec is 4070Ti + i7-13700
Main Monitor is TUF Gaming VG27AQ @ 2k165Hz Sencond Monitor is ASUS Proart PA278QEV @ 2K60fps
