Играю в osu!lazer, stable версии нет. Уже давно играю со скинами xootynator, но уже порядком поднадоел звук пердежа при промахе. Знаю, что звук промаха называется combobreak.wav, но в директории лазера никаких подобных файлов нет.

You need to the skin, open the .osk with an archive manager like 7Zip or WinRAR, and delete the combobreak file from the archive. Then import it to osu!lazer like you normally would. You may need to delete the skin from lazer first just in case.

Если тебе все еще интересно, в лазере нужно нажать "экспорт" там где скины, и у тебя будет .osk файл с твоим скином. В прошлом ответе не было об этом сказано.
