where each girl was part of a series archetype, had different moves and effects, and ed each other
there'd be general effect cards (like a pot of greed/professor oak or smth) but then there'd also be specific archetype effect cards that only that archetype would be able to use (only toaru decks can use index effect cards, only monogatari decks can use kiss-shot effect cards, so on and so forth)
realistically speaking you'd probably only ever have one copy of each anime girl card, but then again that's completely fine; just operate it like base pokemon
all in all, either a tbrpg or a tcg should suffice; i'm more than willing to help w/ setting up the main systems

It took me 10 hours to receive my own anime girl after the post. As a result, I just found out who she is, and in two hours I'll be able to receive another, lol. (the 12 hours are not in relation to when you receive them, but in relation to the post you made).
