So how do you pronounce it?

You can refer to your School Cambridge dictionaries on the International Phonetic Alphabet or run the pronunciations through an online source.

Since I can't edit my poll now, I'll just hint the pronunciations of options 5 and 6 here:-

5. æˈbræˌkɘː [ae-bra(ck)-ker]
the 'ae' as in aeroplane.

6. ˈɑˌbræˌkɘː [a-bracker]
I pronounce it “ass-breaker”
ass-baker
baker
abraker
after taking a 10 minute course to learn what those symbols mean,

I pronounce it ass-breaker
Rekarba.
ayy bray ker His Magnificence, the 1st of Denizen Lord, Lock Master Mad Scientist held from 4th Generation OT, Vanquisher of Demons, Conqueror of Portals, Decimator of Trashipitus
i personally pronounce "abraker" as "the coolest and most reliable OT Supreme leader", but thats just me.

You could do this one correctly
I pronounce it as "abraker"
break.
English orthography is inaccurate, so not all americans would pronounce abraker as ˈeɪˌbrɛːˌkʰɘr

A lot of American pronunciation videos I've seen have been unnecessarily aspirating the p and k consonants. And I made a mistake with the supposed to be schwa /ə/ at the end
ab breaker
