Looks awesome (a new skinner appears!) but the hit stars are a bit big, it seems. We'll see.

I've played through Portal start to finish three or four times but I didn't make the connection, myself. The GLaDOS orbs looked metallic with little s and such on them, kind of like the companion cube -> ball transformation.

This is a good damn skin. It's clean, edges are feathered nicely. The art's good, too. I don't really care for the 100, 100k, 50, or miss hit bursts, though. The cake works well as 300, but for the rest it's hard to differentiate them while playing. They all look like squares when sped up. I think they have too much detail. Most bursts just say "300" and have an explosion, yours are a bit busy. The white metallic look is pretty spiffy, but you still need to provide contrast in there some where.

I personally think that the approach circle is too thick.

I also don't care for the combo burst. I would've gone with the WCC or a Turret, myself. WCC would be interesting, the motion would make it seem almost... alive...

This is a great skin so far, keep it up. I wanna see what you do for a font, too.

no sounds... NO SOUNDS!!! PREPARE TO ENTER THE WORLD OF... um... NOT SO... no... sounds. Kinda tracked off there. ANYways, I have MADE a GlaDOS countdown... for some reason. I can't think of any better place for it to go but here!

Also, I DID make these sounds myself. Not ripped from game. I made them wiff my AWESOMENESS... or something. Anyway, enjoy these GlaDOS countdown sounds.

Those approach circles... they are HUGE. Either make them more translucent or make them thinner. They obstruct the play field. Also, I noticed my sounds are WAY to quiet. I'm working on making them louder in some way.

Okie Dokie. I made the sounds better... I think. I also added a fail sound. Any other sound ideas and I'll try to make them for you. All you have to do is ask.

True, but it it should be relevant in SOME way. Also, why does it always have to be awful? Why can't you just have some fun? I think the "Nice job breaking it, Hero." quote is a fun gameover noise. After doing bad enough to fail, why make yourself feel worse? Have a laugh and it will all be better!

It's a morality core voice, from the final battle with Glados.

Ok then... it just sounds like screeching to me. I can't tell it apart from other random screeches.

It's been a while since I've posted anything (and worked on anything :L), but I posted some screens of the new main elements, spinner, cursor,scorebar, ranking graph, basic numbers, hitcircles.

Now I just have to work on the more repetitive elements .

The skin's title isn't so much a representation of the character as much as it is a catchier way of saying Portal themed osu! skin. I'm not really a fan of those character themed skins.

The skin actually has more focus on the personality spheres than GLaDOS

Ok they weren't lying around, I actually went to my folder full of GLaDOS' voices and selected the ones that best fit as the sounds for osu!.

I'll add these to the .osk tomorrow after I've got a few more to fill the gaps.

Sadly I only have GLaDOS' voices.

Hope I'm not bothering you. I jhave GLaDOS "The Portal will open in" and I think that would be a pretty cool Ready sound (meme wise and all) also a 3 2 1 sound files though it seems like you already have it. =D

Inside your main osu! folder there's a skin folder, put it there, then in game change in the options.

Edit: On second thought...
The cursor often becomes semi-invisible because of the colors of the hit circles, makes it harder to play compared to the regular skin.
Makes it pretty unplayable for me. I hate to say it, but I'll be sticking to the original skin.
It's a shame, really. The rest is perfect.
(I know I could just remove the cursor and hit circles from the skin folder, but that would defeat the purpose for me. I like everything to match together.)

Right click the link and select Save Link As... or Save As... in the context menu. Save it to your computer and double-click it or open it with osu!.
