Seriously, get out of the Internet.
Then quit, making this permanent would ruin the game. Most of the songs on Osu! don't need the night core added. In facted the night core ruins most of the songs such as all the Vacloid songs and the anime songs. The Vacloid songs and anime songs sound better w/o night core.Roley wrote: g3g1a
Joke or not, I love this err... feature. Perma-implement or I ragequit.
Also,
pfft lol.

This joke is about as funny as losing a family member due to and explossion caused by flammable chemicals. And I would know what that's like because I've experienced losing some one like that.
Ok then have 1 of your family die in an explosion then talk about funny.Kurosanyan wrote: 2p343o

I see that the Doubletime mod is an auto-on, but is there a way to turn it off permanentely without the automatic turn-on. Don't get me wrong, I fucking love Nightcore, but this could get annoying after about 15 maps, it also makes insane maps nearly impossible for me. But it's awesome!
Ya that's the problem I look at my calender every day, cuz I'm waiting for another game that comes out in April, and its March 31 here.Zhanger wrote: 58295z
just set your system clock to some other day, and if you actually like the effect set your system clock to april 1st or w/e (could be different because of time zone differences) after this is over :/

It's funny how many people are getting so butthurt and raging over it.
To those people, It's a fucking joke, you guys are sad. </3
Now, get g the butthurt form:
My but never hurts, reasons: my chair is as soft as a temperpedic, 2) I am on a temperpedic as I am typing.Blue Dragon wrote: 353cq
There are things you shouldn't be butthurt.Merrroco wrote: 2i6x4k
There are things you don't do. Ex: You don't mess with a girls hair. And you don't mess with a dudes tunes.
Ex: The internet.

Nightcore is a genre of pop remix where the music is made higher pitched. In the spirit of progress, and due to the huge popularity of this genre within the community, we have decided that every beatmap in the osu! repertoire should be Nightcore. The BAT all love Nightcore and have discussed this idea thoroughly. We have reached a consensus that this would be in the best interest of the community and would make osu! more enjoyable to a wider audience. To this end, I have automatically converted all of your beatmaps into Nightcore for your enjoyment.
Since there are thousands of ranked beatmaps, most of this had to be done automatically. While the formula isn't perfect, BAT have expressed their enthusiasm for the new sound. It is most certainly a step up in quality, and should make osu! a more entertaining experience for our players.
Note:
Because this upgrade can make some of the beatmaps difficult to play, you can disable osu!core on a map by disabling DoubleTime in mod select. It will be enabled on the next map you pick, so you can experience it as intended. Keep in mind that Reset All Mods will turn it on, not off.
