I like it even though I don't really like Hetalia because of the shitty fanbase.

Really, really nice. Clean and smooth. ^.^
Only two things :
Please delete all not edited parts and sounds, because they are only taking space.
And maybe try to correct the shadow on "sliderpoint10" and "sliderpoint30"

ahh I love this. I actually ed this a week ago and have been using it ever since. It's very clean and well done.
I especially love the countdown image, circle overlay, ranking palafjdfj everything ; A;

The only nit picky thing I have is the colour of the reverse arrow. It is sometimes hard to see with certain combo colours and the dark colour isn't always the best match with other beatmap skins. Though all that could be just me

scratch all that. I've gotten used to it now lol

its just me, i think its dark, hetalia should be light and fluffy~

Yes...But I drew that using photoshop only..and I can't draw in PS at all! ;-;
I'm doing Chibitalia again for the new version using a proper drawing program xD It'll look a lot better I promise!

As a CTB player I noticed nothing particularly wrong. Considering its your first skin , you did bloody great!
I frikin love the different mode icons , the none of them seem to be really blurry or unrecognizable. If anything , you should try skin the CTB fruits , they seemed slightly out of place.
