The last mania related RC change is at least one year old and it's not related to mapping/pattern quality at all. This is was up to BATs' (now BNs and QATs) own discretion since the very beginning.

I know this map is not a excuses too..
Then why pew didnt mention it when he dq this map before? Why not make all the problems in one post??? This map is ranked after pew DQ this... And QAT DQ this map again...

Expew is human,not some god who knows everything and never omits any mistakes.
QATs are doing their best in working,but it doesn't mean they would ever be
perfect.If you have concerns about the meta,you should ask as much as Japanese
people for help and make sure it correct before inviting BNs(Although that サイズ is really unnecessary -_-).
Last,making your map ranked should not be your goal for mapping,but should be considered
to be an accessory when you continuously improve its quality.Hence don't complain that much when
it get disqualified.Requalify is near,and I would appreciate you start working now regardless
the objection against you.And good luck.
