They will vanish after 2 weeks. Each could have up to 10 penalties before being banned, but that limit was removed somehow. Apparently it's suggesting that you could be banned anytime, even if you have 5 or less penalties.

It's actually almost impossible to hit the old infringement limit of 10 with just getting consecutive silences, as they get to so long that your infringements reset way before you have 10 of them.
