If you use an older version skin, you should have no issues, if you use a newer one, just rename your catcher to fix the problem, it's not that hard....

It took me a few minutes to figure it out, but it's not exactly something you need to be that smart for, come on people.

Just extract this : Fruit-catcher.rar in your skin folder, it should works (Only for new skin, on my computer my skins still have Ryuuta, Yuzu is here since skin version 2.3, or less idk but with 2.0, I've Ryuuta)

That's right... if you go to you damn skin folder and locate the skin.ini, you can change the skin version to 2.2 which will give you the original ryuuta back... geez.

Or with a newer skin just change the file names..... it takes 5 seconds

No such thing as "best keys" many of the best players have different setups, I personally use 1 and 3 on numpad with LShift for dash

it's just CTB you use all your senses of perception to the maximum, like sound memorization/visualization memorization and even reflex, theres also pattern following such as spinning.

I just feel as if CTB is harder because of how many things you need to learn and adapt and get better at, and the reflex ctb players have is insane. like when I look at DT plays on standard i just shrug but when I see exgon's neu SS, I just think to my self, how can someone stream perfect BPM with around 3-5 MS of room to work around while jumping and also doing it sideways.

So the moral of the story is.. beginner CTB looks really noobish and easy but high teir CTB just raises the roof to the moon.

Mhh the more i get the feeling of getting better the more i go down in ranks so strange ... completing alot of insane maps with pretty good scores and getting nothing out of it is pretty discouraging like i played alot lately and instead of going up in ranks i go down while i am getting better lol ? is there anny tips for climbing up the ranks ?

1st. stalk top perfomance maps of people in your skill range (if you're lazy use the Osu!Trainer)
2nd. search for maps with high spaced fruits that need fast reactions (oldstyle-maps and jumpy maps in general)
3rd. if you're good enough play a lot of ctb-specific Rain/Overdose/Deluge maps
4rd. PROFIT

It's a long long way to the top. back when ppv2 first came out top 10 was 6k pp and top 50 was only 5k pp but now it's 5,600 for top 50 and 6,300 for top 10 every single time a new ctb map comes out the bar raises up and up~ but in CTB we measure mostly scores with skill and not rank because of the PP system currently, so you should focus on getting better instead of beaming up the ranking chart.

oh and btw, don't care that much with pp:

1. not many people really care about that or rank, but the skills of you
2. when you really made some great records, your pp will somehow increase, especially ctb maps, so what you have to do is just play when you like it, or for fun, you will at least get some pp from it

AR6 HR+HD+DT
