Misaki Nakahara from NHK ni youkoso! She might not be the prettiest anime gurl but I love that character to death. I guess the series had a greated impact on me because I watched it in my hikkikomori state (^.^;) but her character still holds up. She's definitely up there with Shiina Mayuri tho <3

and I like Arika Yumemiya(愛莉卡．夢宮) best in the anime Arika is always cheerful, sanguine and helpfulness, but she is also very staunch, she won't give anything up once she decided to do, such as protect her friends from enemy
