Problem Details:
The offset wizard doesn't operate when clicking the Random Button and exiting the song selection.

Repro:
1. Go to song select.
2. Press the "Random Map" button.
3. Click the "Back" button before the roulette ends.
4. Go to "Options" -> "Audio"
5. Click "Run Offset Wizard"
6. Offset wizard doesn't open, and a message appears: "Please select a beatmap with its timing set up correctly before using the offset wizard!"

Hah it actually happens when you exit the song select before the map is chosen.
But it can only happen if you press the randomise button and then back button quickly. You gotta be either a ninja or really undecisive.

The roulette no longer happens, so this can't occur.

Yes, the roulette no longer happens when pressing F2.
But it still happens when manually clicking "Random Beatmap" beside the mod selection. I just checked it today..
