I've been using Firefox as long as I can and I've had no problems with speed or anything like that. c:

firefox nightly. It gets really buggy though, I use chrome as well but nightly mostly.

If you actually go back and check the other results, you'll see that Chrome is still faster in certain areas, like Javascript and HTML5, however Firefox has managed to pull ahead on, surprisingly, startup, load times, and memory management??! Like, what?

So yeah, Firefox-tan might not be as fat and slow as you thought. I personally wouldn't really know better myself, since my hardware already goes super fast, and I don't use Chrome for comparison, but I just thought that this was very interesting to know.

Use waterfox/aurora, don't let chrome steal your info.

Opera. My experiences with Firefox and Chrome in the past aren't very good.

I use Chrome. It's in my experience the fastest and the most efficient browser.

Im using Maxthon Browser currently... Everything laggs when im using chrome so yeah~

To be honest, everyone's opinion doesn't really matter. What I've seen so far, it usually depends on the computer. As for my computer, it can't handle Chrome nor Internet Explorer. Therefore I'm using Firefox. Not sayin' that Firefox is faster, but just clarifying that everyone has opinions that works for them, does not work for everyone else.

I use Sogou High-Speed Explorer, a internet explorer that has the ability to:

Open multiple web pages in a single windows tab(similar to IE 8) and the capability to search for websites when you enter words(similar to Chrome)

Use two different internet proccessing cores that are manually changeable: Webkit Core and IE Core

Invisble Mode. History is not left when you visit a website. Use it to view Osu! to avoid unpleasant experiences with my mother.

A controller you can access at anytime, unlike IE.

Rocket Mode. When viewing Chinese websites, speed is dramatically improved.

The only problem is you can only use 1 windows tab, any attempt to open and use a second windows tab will be contained in the first tab. Resulting in two web pages in 1 windows tab.

I prefer Chrome's general smoothness and usability, as well as its ridulous;y clean design. However, it seems to be falling to pieces very slowly.

I like Firefox for its broader scope for extensions. It's great for ripping porn videos.

Man, most of you guys are Chrome, well I'm using Firefox because of the extensions but also I like it's GUI .

Long ago I used to test all the browsers that there were (FF, Chrome, Opera, even Safari) in order to see what could be more confortable for me.

Safari is just shit to me. Too buggy and classy and heavy and Apple.

Firefox is pretty customizable (a lot of extensions and personas blah blah) and it works fine, but for me is a little too much full of things (Talking about FF 4, I used it long ago, as I say).

Opera is clean and pretty for me. It has not very much things on the browser instead of the page content but it's still complete (e.g. it has progress bar while chrome DOESN'T). Buuuut I dropped it for some reason I don't .

So I'm using Chrome because it's simple and fast, and if I am surfing the web I don't want to see too many things coming out of the browser that are not the page itself

Chrome is buggy (can't watch a video while another video is open) and skiw as hell, never going to use it again.

Firefox takes time to load but it's stable enough (and it's really fast on Linux)

I use Pale Moon, an optimised version of FF.

Chrome (Beta) beta are more fast that normal but not so stable...

Fox, has a better layout.

I prefer Chrome.

I'd use Opera if a few obvious flaws were fixed. Chrome makes everything easy and fast to use compared to Firefox imo.

Chrome for my laptop in dorm and safari for my macbook air. Apple always works best with apple.
The laptop in my dorm is far too heavy to move around.
Can you imagine doing so while carrying an Alienware M18x? Jesse it's around 12 lbs

Not sure if I should continue, but..

Nightly, loved it's wide range of extensions, love it's ability to customize the interface with CSS. Sure it's "slow" but if you have a fast internet why even bother.

Both. Personally I use Chrome, simply cause I like it better, and has an incognito feature.

IE, Opera, Safari is a big no-no.

Sadly safari for ios is better than chrome.

I actually find firefox to be a hell of a lot slower than Chrome. It makes no sense to me.
