I'm an otaku and I listen to Vocaloid, I visit Pixiv and Nicovideo very often, I watched about 5-10 series, but I don't play HM: Project Diva.
EDIT: I did something again.

It is normal if they don't like something but it is really stupid when they brag about "Pff your thing is shit I am the best because I hate it and I can tell that I hate it"
They call it "being honest" I call it "being a faggot"

and then there are people who watch anime at home and talk about it in their group of friends, and then after school they get beaten by the football players because they watch animeBRBP wrote: 3c2e1e
Possibly because some people don't seem to realize that places like a fighting game forum isn't the best place to keep posting anime/pony reaction images. Then there's people who think that it's ok to watch anime in public without headphones and use japanese words nobody else understands. Also, when you're sharing an apartment with someone, it may not be the best idea to hang posters of underaged anime girls in swimsuits.silmarilen wrote: 3y5n4j
i never really understood why people hate on other people's interests in the first place.
You can even apply this advice to any weird shit you might be in to! Don't do it in public and people will leave you alone.
You're welcome.
that made me laugh.thelewa wrote: 3sk2w
well the obvious way to get out of that is to align with the football players and beat up more anime watchers

I listen to Vocaloid but I didn't own any of their merchandise such as posters, games, or figurines, and I'm not obssessed with any of them.
I only watch good old anime classics such as Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell, Evangelion, Full Metal Alchemist, sometimes slipping in modern classics like S;G.
Am I weeabo?
Stereotypes of “Weeaboo”:
- Excessive use of Japanese words in replacement of English
- Favoritism of Japanese imports over domestic equivalents
- Crowding the manga section of your local book store
- Ability to memorize and recite Anime opening theme songs
Each season I'd usually watch 2-4 shows with exceptions in between. I've got nothing to watch this season except Ilya playing as a magical girl and even then it's not that good. Endearing, but still...Apex wrote: 493b1n
Recently the amount of good shows had dropped, and they had become more mundane or whimsical.
Is it okay tho to call them a weeaboo if they really are?Mr Color wrote: 1qt6d
Weeaboo was actually a censored term from "Wapanese" which was widely used in the early years of 4chan to denounce, well, anything that's linked with Japan.
So it doesn't really hold any meaning nowadays.
TL;DR: If someone calls you a weeaboo call them a faggot in return

Thank you for confirming that the girl I called an obnoxious weeaboo really did deserve it. I hold no regrets.Mr Color wrote: 1qt6d
And we'd be cannibals eating chinese people.
Don't believe me? Well, it's in history books.
Oh and about the weeaboo bit, it's only cool to call them out if they are obnoxious.
It's more of the diseases you can get from eating another human. The person can get kuru and Creutzfeld-Jacob disease, which are similar to mad cow disease. So then yes it does effect the mind because it deteriorates the brain.thelewa wrote: 3sk2w
Why would cannibalism make you eventually go insane, that makes no sense
I don't think there's anything in human flesh that affects the mind of the person eating it
What did you do to KyonkoKyonko Hizara wrote: 1g2bq

I love how you failed to see I said that in my first post about itthelewa wrote: 3sk2w
I love how you responded with actual diseases instead of just saying that the very act of eating another person might drive someone insane
