BASIC u3m4h
Specific Changes
00:10:633 (10633|2,10966|2) - the pitch of the notes is different; remove the jack
00:11:966 (11966|2,12299|1,12633|0,12966|0) - and 00:09:299 (9299|3,9633|3,9966|3,10299|3) - should have the same pattern. The music is the same.
00:14:633 (14633|0,14966|3,15299|3,15633|3) - should have the same pattern as the two above, for the same reason
00:21:966 - add a note. It keeps consistent with 00:25:966 -, 00:27:299 -, 00:31:299 -, etc
00:23:299 - as above. Make sure it is in the same column
00:34:299 (34299|3,34466|3) - this shouldn't be a jack, the pitches are clearly different
00:35:966 (35966|1,36216|1,36466|2) - put these in the same column. The sound is the same and you have consistently done similar jacks
00:37:299 (37299|1,37549|1,37799|0) - as with above
00:38:633 (38633|2,38966|2,39299|2,39633|3) - as with above
00:41:299 (41299|0) - I'd move this to {3}, to show clearly that it has a different sound to 00:40:966 (40966|0) -. Specifically {3} because I find that I like to map "weird" (sorry, I don't have a better word at the moment) sounds in the last column or in the first column
00:41:633 (41633|1,41966|1) - I'd move both of these notes to {0}, as I consider them "weird" sounds
00:42:299 (42299|3) - replace this with an SN at 00:42:299 - and a second at 00:42:466 -. You've already added notes on the 1/2 snap, so this can't be too difficult, and there are clearly two different notes. These notes also have different pitches, so don't make them a jack
00:44:966 (44966|2) - as above
00:50:633 (50633|2,50883|3,51133|2) - the pitches here consistently go down by the same amount. Therefore I'd make a these notes have a step-wise pattern; {1,2,3}, {2,1,0}, etc
00:51:633 (51633|1,51799|1) - the pitches aren't the same, so I'd remove the jack
00:51:799 (51799|1,51966|0) - the pitches
are the same, add a jack if you think it's appropriate for the difficulty
01:19:966 (79966|2,80299|0,80633|0,80966|0) - and 01:17:299 (77299|2,77633|2,77966|2,78299|2) - have the same music, pretty much. Map them in the same way
01:23:966 (83966|0) - this should not be in {0}. The first note after a pattern of four notes in the same column, such as 01:22:633 (82633|0,82966|0,83299|0,83633|0) -, always had this note go in a different column. Also, I wouldn't keep it in the same column simply because the sounds don't match
01:25:299 - I think another note should be added here. It feels weird without it, especially since places like 01:22:633 -, 01:19:966 -, etc have four SNs in the same column. Also, move 01:25:633 (85633|3,85966|3,86299|3) - into the same column as this SN
01:33:966 - I feel like an SN should be here. I can't really say why, those :/
01:34:633 - as with above
01:35:466 (95466|2,95799|2) - these should not be in the same column, especially when they have such different sounds
General Changes
I would add some pitch relevancy whenever there is a melody. It's an easy beatmap where most of the columns are free - which practically means that you can re-arrange all the notes to follow the melody without sacrificing playability.
Between 00:34:299 - and 00:35:799 -
The notes are on the right side when the pitch of the melody is high, comparatively, and on the left side if the pitch is low. The notes move to the left if the pitch gets lower, opposite if the pitch gets higher.
I'm sorry but I think that you should re-map the part between 01:38:633 - and 01:46:299 -. I can't tell what you are trying to do with the difficulty here and it feels weird to play. The main problem is its inconsistencies and the fact that you're constantly dropping layers in the same section of the music. Even if you don't re-map the whole section, I would recommend re-mapping between 01:43:966 - and 01:46:299 -.
NOVICE l1o4a
Note
I really think that before 01:27:966 - should be more difficult. Without everything after 01:27:966 -, the difficulty has a rating of ~1.4 stars; compared to the 2.24 star overall rating.
Don't take what I said as "everything before 01:27:966 - should be more difficult". Rather, if you can make it more difficult without ruining the beatmap clarity or dropping layers, you should make it more difficult - until most of the beatmap is at the same difficulty. Just for a little extra help, some of my suggestions will increase the difficulty.
Specific Changes
00:01:300 (1300|3,1549|2) - these should be in the same column. The pitches are the same
00:02:299 (2299|1,2466|1) - the pitch is descending here; remove the jack
00:02:633 (2633|2,2883|1) - same pitch; same column
00:03:633 (3633|2,3799|2) - different pitch; different column
00:03:966 (3966|1,4216|0,4633|0,4883|1) - these all have the same pitch.
These notes, 00:05:299 (5299|2,5466|1,5716|3) -, all have the same pitch. The same applies to 00:05:549 (5549|0,5799|1) -. If I were you, I'd move the same pitched notes into the same column
For more difficulty, I'd remove 00:07:966 (7966|0,8299|1) - and replace it with 1/2 and 1/4 snapped SNs
00:08:633 (8633|2,8799|2) - I'd change this to one LN, that starts at 00:08:633 - and ends at 00:08:799 -. I think it suits the music better
00:08:966 (8966|1,9133|1) - as with above
00:09:299 (9299|3,9633|0,9966|3,10299|0) - and 00:06:633 (6633|3,6966|1,7299|1,7633|1) - have different patterns when they have the same music. Make them consistent
With 00:10:633 (10633|3,10966|2,11299|1) -, you are mapping out a descending melodic line. Add an LN at 00:11:466 - to avoid dropping this melody before it ends
00:11:799 (11799|3,11966|3) - I'm pretty sure these don't have the same pitch. Remove the jack
00:11:966 (11966|1,12299|2,12633|1,12966|0) - should have the same patterns as 00:09:299 (9299|3,9633|0,9966|3,10299|0) - and 00:06:633 (6633|3,6966|1,7299|1,7633|1) -. They have similar music playing, so they should be mapped in a similar way
For more difficulty, I'd change 00:13:299 (13299|0) - into 1/3 snapped notes
As with 00:08:633 (8633|2,8799|2) - and 00:08:966 (8966|1,9133|1) - I'd also add an SN at 00:14:133 -
00:14:466 - as above
00:14:633 (14633|0,14966|1,15299|2,15633|3) - should be mapped in a similar fashion to 00:11:966 (11966|1,12299|2,12633|1,12966|0) -. 00:09:299 (9299|3,9633|0,9966|3,10299|0) - and 00:06:633 (6633|3,6966|1,7299|1,7633|1) -
Map 00:15:966 - to 00:17:133 - in a similar way to 00:10:633 - to 00:11:799 -, as they sound similar
For more difficulty, I'd change 00:29:799 (29799|3) - into another LN and 1/4 snapped SNs
Consider adding an SN at 00:35:966 - to map the sound effects
00:36:216 - as with above
00:37:299 - as with above
00:37:549 - as with above
I don't see a reason for why 00:37:299 (37299|2,37799|2) - are in the same column. Move one, please
00:38:799 - also, consider adding an SN here, for the sound effects
00:39:133 - as with above
00:39:466 - as with above
For more difficulty, change 00:39:633 (39633|3) - into 1/4 snapped SNs in a step-wise pattern; preferably {0,1,2,3} or {3,2,1,0}
00:41:633 (41633|1,41966|2) - I would map these in the same column, as they have the same "weird" sound effect
There is an ascending melody with 00:42:299 (42299|0,42466|3,42633|0) -. Don't make 00:42:299 (42299|0,42633|0) - go in the same column. Preferably use a step-wise pattern here
For difficulty, consider changing 00:43:299 (43299|1) - into three 1/4 snapped SNs. I'm would probably want an {x,y,x} pattern, although I don't know if left-hand/right-hand/left-hand or something like {0,1,0} is better
00:43:633 (43633|2) - as with above
00:44:966 (44966|3,45133|3,45299|3) - these have different pitches. Move them to different columns - preferably in a step-wise pattern to keep similar to the musical pitch change
As with 00:43:299 (43299|1) - and 00:43:633 (43633|2) -, consider making 00:45:966 (45966|1) - three 1/4 snapped SNs
I'd make 00:46:633 (46633|1,47133|0) - go in the same column. They have the exact same sound effect used
Make 00:47:633 (47633|1) - two SNs at 00:47:633 - and 00:47:799 -. It follows the music better because you can hear the two sound effects at those times
I would move 00:49:299 (49299|3,49633|3,49966|3,50299|3) - to different columns
or make every second LN in the same column (I'd probably choose the second solution). It currently looks and plays really weird. Also, add an SN to 00:49:466 -, 00:49:799 -, 00:50:133 - and 00:50:466 -, as these have sound effects at those times
00:50:633 (50633|1,50883|1) - these have different pitches. Move them to different columns
00:51:133 (51133|2,51383|2,51633|2) - as with above
Consider adding SNs to 00:52:799 -, 00:52:883 - and 00:52:966 -, to map the sound effects
Between 00:53:299 - and 01:02:299 -, make every 2nd/4th beat doubles and remove the jacks. It'd make this much more interesting to play and increase the difficulty. Also, the 2nd/4th beats are stronger than the 1st/3rd beats
For difficulty, consider replacing 00:58:299 (58299|1) - with 1/4 SNs in a {3,2,1,0} pattern
I think 01:04:133 (64133|2) - would be better mapped by two SNs, for the two sound effects, or a LN at 01:04:133 - and an SN at 01:04:299 -
Also add an SN to the 2nd/4th beats between 01:03:966 - and 01:07:633 - and remove the jacks. It's much too easy as it stands
01:07:966 (67966|3,68216|0,68466|0) - these have the same pitch. Move them to the same column
For difficulty, change 01:08:633 (68633|2) - into 1/4 and 1/2 snapped notes
As with between 00:53:299 - and 01:02:299 - then between 01:03:966 - and 01:07:633 -, make every 2nd/4th beat between 01:09:299 - and 01:11:633 - a chord
I'd change the LN between 01:11:966 - and 01:13:299 (73299|2) - into a pattern similar to between 00:53:299 - and 01:02:299 -. If you want, though, keep the same pattern as before but also add the LN. I think jacks would be fine for this bar, due to space constraints
For difficulty, change 01:13:966 (73966|3) - into 1/4 and 1/2 snapped SNs. Look at 01:08:633 - for an example
Add an SN to 01:17:633 - and 01:18:299 -, as they are on the 2nd/4th beats. Also, make sure there are no jacks in the bar
01:19:966 (79966|2,80299|0,80633|0,80966|0) - as with above
01:22:633 (82633|0,82966|0,83299|0,83633|0) - as with above
01:18:633 (78633|3) - this would be better mapped with two SNs, as there are two bass beats played - I don't think an LN properly conveys them
I'd change 01:18:966 (78966|1,78966|0,79466|1) - into the below pattern
01:19:633 (79633|3) - change this into 1/4 snapped SNs that go {0,1,2,3} or {3,2,1,0}
For difficulty, change 01:21:299 (81299|0,81299|2,81633|3,81966|2) - into the below pattern
For difficulty, change 01:23:966 (83966|2) - into 1/3 snapped SNs
I think you should place a LN at 01:24:633 -, preferably in {0}
I'd say that 01:24:966 (84966|2,85133|3) - would be better mapped with a LN in {3}. Maybe add another LN at 01:25:133 - for the bass
01:25:299 - definitely needs an SN. You'd be dropping a layer without one. An LN release does not substitute for an SN
Add an SN to 01:25:633 - and 01:26:299 -, as they are on the 2nd/4th beats, and make sure there are no jacks
I'd replace 01:26:633 (86633|3,86966|0) - with the pattern at 01:21:299 -, for consistency
I think that between 01:27:966 - and 01:31:966 - is slightly too hard but that's just me saying it. I'm not sure myself if I want to change the patterns into something easier (I'd keep the notes, though)
Finish the melody between 01:32:633 - and 01:33:299 -. You just dropped a layer. At 01:33:133 -, I would map it as a LN. Potentially remove 01:32:633 (92633|3) -, though I quite like it still there - though it might be difficult, I think it plays comfortably if the player can read the patterns
I don't what is happening between 01:33:299 - and 01:34:466 -. Follow a certain part in the music; probably the melody. Also, when you remake this section, think about adding an SN at 01:33:966 - and 01:34:633 - for the bass
01:42:799 (102799|1,102883|0,103049|1,103133|0) - {1,0,1,0} feels really awkward to play. Consider {1,0,2,3}
01:44:133 (104133|2,104216|3,104383|2,104466|3) - as with above, but with {2,3,2,3}
01:44:966 (104966|0,105133|0) - I'm pretty sure the pitch isn't the same. Remove the jack
01:46:633 (106633|0,106799|0,106966|0,107133|1,107299|1,107299|0) - this also feels really uncomfortable to play. I'd keep 01:46:633 (106633|0,106799|0) - where they are, move 01:46:966 (106966|0,107133|1) - to {3,3}. Preferably, move 01:47:966 (107966|1) - into a different column as well, because 01:47:299 (107299|1) - is in the same column
I don't see why 01:50:633 (110633|0,111466|0,111799|0) - are all in the same column. Move 01:51:466 (111466|0,111799|0) - to {1}
01:53:133 (113133|3,113299|3) - the pitches are different and the sound is much stronger on 01:53:299 -. Don't make this a jack
General Changes
As with BASIC, I would add some pitch relevancy whenever there is a melody
and there is enough room to do so - such as between 00:01:300 - and 00:06:299 -

Recently, I have gotten a bad habit of making long mods

I kinda got lazy at the end with explaining and stuff, so PM me if anything is unclear.
Please tell me why you reject any changes - to help me with modding. If possible, could you do this in two posts - to make it easier for me to read
