as abraker said, pages. pages were real great to keep things more organized than indefinitely scrolling.

another thing i personally liked was the layout of making posts. there were a lot more options for more easier access unlike now. seriously do they really have to take away [centre], [color], and such?

overall, most of the reason i used old forum before it was gone was due to the layout and stuff. it was a lot more nice to use and was fun as well.

i may have ed at 2018, but i managed to live the life of being an old forum before it was gone

Everything is still there, although you have to memorize these things yourself now...

...btw, usage of [color] is a bad idea -- it can be inaccessible when the forum design changes, and even worse when you choose the colors poorly
