01:09:545 (1) - remove NC ? I don't see any necessary point to add NC here

HP+1 ? since you use NC a bit frequently so I do think this HP the way too easy here
00:49:670 (1) - this spinner ends weirdly, as the next note will start off beat and the rhythm will be kind of strange
I suggest you reduce the length of this slider which is ended at 00:51:545 and then add the slider starts at 00:51:920 and end at 00:52:107
to follow the vocal more precisely like this

01:02:607 (7) - it plays fine but if as I feel, I would start this note with slider ends at 01:02:982 , add a note on 01:03:170 and add a slider at 01:03:357 which ends at 01:03:545

00:58:295 (3) - finish
these finishes will fit song better because the music is ing it as you can hear in the song
00:58:482 (4) - new combo here , it looks too long and doesn't correspond with the song well

プレイする人やmodする人も納得するようなfinishの使い方をするべきだと思います。
こだわり(?)があるなら、まあそれでもいいと思いますが僕はお勧めしませんね。

01:20:045 (1) - too soon from spinner? , move to 01:20:420 would be still ok imo

Wreath's Normal
00:12:357 (2,3,4) - this rhythm sounds better , moving back the (2) 1/2 beat and see it can follow the vocal and then the end of the slider , extend it more to that point (00:12:920) , it sounds much better imo , as you follow in 00:10:295 (4,5,6) -
