I've first playtested to look at the timing and it's perfect! ~
Easy
•00:11:132 - This clap seems to be random. I meant like, you've added claps to the downbeat and now a clap in 3/4. My suggestion would be to delete the clap here to keep the consistency with your claps on the downbeat.
•00:18:944 (5,1) - Since, previously, you have a curved slider, I think these circles could also make a flow with the slider. By that, I meant, it should also be "curved". The circle (1) could be moved to x:256 y:60 to make this flow. In my opinion, I really think it will be better because these circles are aligned. By doing this, you will also have to move these objects a bit 00:19:882 (2,3) - , if not, the slider (3) will touch the circle (1).
•00:24:257 (1) - By looking at the two previous sliders, they are normaly centered on the middle of the playfield. This circle should be between them, so one grid to the right. (I know, this was really nazi, but it looks better). 01:14:257 (1) - This is a perfect example.
•00:25:507 (3) - The hitsounds here are odd, mostly that there's three random whistles in a row. I thought deleting the clap at the beginning of the slider, also deleting the whistle on the reverse arrow to replace it by a clap would sound better. Also, the clap will be consistent since it's on the second tick.
•00:30:507 (3) - For this slider, I was thinking that you should add whistles as you did for 00:25:507 (3) - . So why not adding a whistle to the beginning of the slider, to the reverse arrow and at the end of the slider, you add a clap. With the clap, it will keep the consistency with your claps at 4/4.
•00:48:632 - I think it will sound better if you add a whistle here, it will mostly fit with the two previous circles.

I actually would suggest instead using two 1/2 sliders, or arranging these four notes in a less linear manner so the sudden increase in cursor speed isn't too disorienting.
00:15:663 (2) - The lack of the clap in the middle of the slider hurts my earsss (though I'm a hitsound nazi, so don't take this too much to heart).
00:23:788 (1,2,3) - This is different, since only these three notes have the snare on them.
00:34:257 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - You use this stacked slider pattern a lot. Why not use the linear leniency here to your advantage and unstack the hitcircles? Maybe something like http://puu.sh/1qlRq. Doesn't change the gameplay much, but adds in visual effect.

Actually, it might be because hard is so delicately spaced that having a stack makes it look inconsistant. But I guess that doesn't fall under "advanced patterns".
Manual stacking would work fine too, as long as the note looks stacked in gameplay, since auto-stacking sometimes can make some patterns ugly, however in this case neither auto nor manual stacking ocurred hence why it's a problem.

This is what stack leniency 3 looked like.

That sort of stacking does not match what the mapper originally intended and looks awful.
Also it's not like the low stack leniency makes anything break - most of the stacks can still be read on gamemodes like hidden (which is often not the case because of hitbursts)

EDIT: Here's an example of a map that uses 0.2 leniency to avoid having ugly everything http://osu-ppy-sh.jeuxcrack.net/b/37670
Using 0.3 will stack the 1/2 as well, causing nasty problems with 1/2 objects (like this map).
One would reasonably expect 1/2 notes to be stacked.

So here's the deal. The map is rankable as is, it's 100% sightreadable on hidden and that was the largest concern.
However, reranking it without changes is pointless because someone deleted the scores already (which you shouldn't do if there's a possibility that no changes are being made) (RIP Karuta HD DT).

Because of this, I'm going to go ahead and add stacking to make everyone happy.

In the future please don't delete the scores so darn quickly. It kills the motivation of a lot of players and could have been easily avoided.

Changes have been made to LRJ's Hard. This is the only difficulty that has been modified. Let's hope we don't have further shenanigans with stack leniency.

Yeah kinda what I figured, also the spacing of this map demands it because its spaced so the slider borders barely do not touch, having a stack destroys that.

Should do tick rate 2 still ;) No, too many ticks for this song IMO. It fits in a lot of songs, I just don't think it does in this one.

Oh yeah, and OD +1 or 2 on the Insane, and OD +2 or 3 on the Hard please. I'm happy with OD 7 on the Insane. There's no need to move it up to 8 and there's definitely no reason to step into the dangerous territory that is OD 9. Same with the Hard.
