Here's a mod for Easy, because, Ib. I will come back anytime to look at the other difficulty. I was just a bit bored and modded Easy only, sorry.
General
I've first playtested to look at the timing and it's perfect! ~
Easy
•00:11:132 - This clap seems to be random. I meant like, you've added claps to the downbeat and now a clap in 3/4. My suggestion would be to delete the clap here to keep the consistency with your claps on the downbeat.
•00:18:944 (5,1) - Since, previously, you have a curved slider, I think these circles could also make a flow with the slider. By that, I meant, it should also be "curved". The circle (1) could be moved to x:256 y:60 to make this
flow. In my opinion, I really think it will be better because these circles are aligned. By doing this, you will also have to move these objects a bit 00:19:882 (2,3) - , if not, the slider (3) will touch the circle (1).
•00:24:257 (1) - By looking at the two previous sliders, they are normaly centered on the middle of the playfield. This circle should be between them, so one grid to the right. (I know, this was really nazi, but it looks better). 01:14:257 (1) - This is a perfect example.
•00:25:507 (3) - The hitsounds here are odd, mostly that there's three random whistles in a row. I thought deleting the clap at the beginning of the slider, also deleting the whistle on the reverse arrow to replace it by a clap would sound better. Also, the clap will be consistent since it's on the second tick.
•00:30:507 (3) - For this slider, I was thinking that you should add whistles as you did for 00:25:507 (3) - . So why not adding a whistle to the beginning of the slider, to the reverse arrow and at the end of the slider, you add a clap. With the clap, it will keep the consistency with your claps at 4/4.
•00:48:632 - I think it will sound better if you add a whistle here, it will mostly fit with the two previous circles.
•01:15:507 (3) - I'm not sure about it could fit with what you've thought but, I feel like you should delete the whistle at the beginning of your slider. Having three whistles in a row can be too much.
•01:18:007 (2) - Even by using mods (Easy Mod), this slider is offscreen. It's considered as unrankable. We can see it
here.
•01:21:444 - Have you forgot to add a clap here? ;o. Seems like it would be better if you add one to keep the consistency.
•01:35:507 - Seems like you've also forgot to add a clap. Without it, you're not keeping your consistency.
•01:34:257 (1) - This slider could have been shaped in a way more relaxed. I meant that the beginning is really curved and before hitting the reverse arrow, it's "soft". Here's an example, with the code in the spoilerbox, below.

•01:38:632 (4) - I think I've pointed out something like this above.. A whistle will sound really good at this circle because of the circles (1,2) that has whistles.
•01:43:632 (4) - Same thing, same reason as 01:38:632 -.
•02:06:757 (1) - For the end of the sentence/vocal, a clap will sound pretty good here. It should be the same thing for 02:09:257 (1) - .
•02:11:757 - For this point, I would have suggested the same thing as 02:06:757 (1) (To add a clap) but since this part is more loud, a finish should sound good. But still, if you want to follow the last clap consistency, add a clap.
•02:13:007 - I've added a whistle here and it sounds pretty good since it's getting more louder than the previous slider, so I don't know. I thought it would fit good.
