  14. Okay, so I counted the number of curves in this map. This includes curvy sliders, mouse movements, patterns, etc. This number came out to be 3 (your small curve sliders at the end). There are no patterns in this map that have good flow. Everything is straight, linear, and has unpredictable repeat sliders. It just gets boring. Im sorry but I suggest going back over this and make this map more fun by using flowy patterns and curve sliders to make this more interesting. I'll remap this I suppose, but I can't really promise that I'll make it a lot more dynamic. Making things linear is like my style right now. I just can't get out of this.

Fun (maybe) facts:
  1. I made this in ~50 hours.
  2. I only used the custom claps before the final chorus/kiai time.
  3. The green lines are copied from the Insane diff.
  4. The break and the spinner are positioned and exactly as long as the ones @ Insane.
  5. There's lots of back-and-forth thingy going on.
  6. There's still some linear patterns here and there.
  7. I only used the blue lines for a few 1/4 bouncing sliders. Other than that, everything goes by 1/2.

Also, I'm not really sure if this is a Hard diff...

My speaker (yeah, I use that) became weird and suddenly made an extremely annoying noise (I don't really think this is the correct term, though...), so I had to turn off my speaker. I will see where I can place the claps later.

Some of the formations are quite difficult to read ( for a beginner who usually plays Normal ) Maybe change some of them into an easier arrangement? I think it's okay for the difficulty spread, but maybe ask a MAT/BAT about this.

It's going to be hard to make another one (I'll have an exam in one week, and even when in vacation, it'll still take 2-3 days to make a diff for me, so...), and from my experiences IRL, trying to fix something by retrying from scratch ends up making it WORSE anyways (this is an exception, miraculously), so I'll mod some spots, but not fully ;)
I'm sure the quality of this diff has been increased by 10%, but I'm not really certain if this is actually perfectly rankable.

EDIT: Had some short conversation with Star Stream via IRC in-game. I might remap my diff AGAIN, or I might not. I'm leaning to the former choice, though. I'll call those modders back again, so there shouldn't be any problem about the shortage of modding if I really remapped my diff.

For now, though, just this version. I still want to see other modders' opinion before making a choice.

EDIT2: Eh, I just realized that I made another problem because 02:12:223 (5)'s body is completely covered by hitbursts. Will remap this part later.
