I would suggest using the offset 250 tho.
(Select all time points in the timing setup pannel and apply -20 ms, don't forget to resnap all notes!)
Also, I've noticed you set the inherited time sections a little before your notes. Don't be afraid to put them exactly with the notes.
And some people may bother you a bit because of the black combo color in a black background. I don't mind it because my skin colors are supposed to contrast black, but keep that in mind. (Red could look good here I think, or even orange/yellow due to the logo in the bg)

- No estoy del todo de acuerdo con que el kiai empiece ahi, creo que es mejor si empieza en 01:15:140

Easy:
- Slider Multiplier: 0.500000005960464, cambialo manualmente en el .osu notepad a 0.5
00:05:060 (2): No me gusta como suena cuando pega en el reverse arrow, suena como fuera de tiempo. Es mejor si reducis el Slider en 1/2, para que el reverse arrow quede en un tick rojo (00:05:420). Luego de esto te va a quedar un espacio libre en 00:06:020, en este lugar puedes agregar una nota con hitfinish
00:59:300 (2,3): En este caso suena mejor si agregas el whistle en (3) y lo eliminas en (2)

  2. 00:09:620 (3,1) - Those notes are those close from 00:08:900 (2)'s track. It makes this pattern not intuitive to play, and quite ugly at the same time... please consider spacing them a bit.

  1. 00:14:420 (3,4,5) - This triple sounds wrong, and that mostly because you have put it later than what you have done previously at 00:10:340 (2,3,4) or 00:12:500 (4,5,6) for example.
    Therefore the triple should start at 00:14:420.
  2. 00:31:700 (4,5) - Why haven't you done a triple here like what you have done everywhere else ?
  3. 01:05:540 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - This spacing is too huge for a hard difficulty. I forsee too much combo break because of this, so please change that.
