The artist himself also romanizes his name as Junichi Masuda; for example see his twitter<\/a> and this release<\/a> which even says on the cover Junichi Masuda Selection CD and not Masuda Junichi Selection CD.I think there's a strong case that the artist should be changed. Go check Wikipedia<\/a> and you'll notice it's using that format too. And for japanese people, it is taken for granted so we never use \"surname => firstname\" in public places, which is including Twitter, and CD cover too. This is why he uses \"Junichi Masuda\". That's not his own argument, but common sense among japanese people.
