i mean the sky looked diffrent in 2015-19 but in 20-24 the colors looked.. more faded? the colours and the sky now look diffrently brighter? (like the old times)

Recently, I’ve found myself feeling like I can relate with the 2016-2017 version of myself a lot more than I previously have been able to. My general perception of my surroundings, the way I react to certain things, the way I communicate with people, the amount of drive and ion I have, etc etc.

It’s really odd, cause a lot of my memories from those years are starting to flood back to me as well. If you asked me a couple months ago what I was doing in 2016-2017, I wouldn’t be able to answer you. But now, I feel like I can everything so clearly. I think when you’re in a certain mood that you’ve experienced in the past, your brain naturally starts to draw a lot of parallels between your present self and past events that happened throughout your life time. It might be some sort of way of helping your brain process emotions or something, idk.

i dont think anything's actually changed, you're just too used to the garbage of 2024 that all of a sudden when cool stuff starts happening and people on the internet are finally reuniting again (think about how everyone united over kanye west's i wonder song in 2023), life feels good. honestly kind of can't wait for once we get deep into the meat of 2025, that's when the real good times start.
