WELCOME TO THE FIRST PH ROOKIE CUP NATIONALS!, It's yo boi Happyft and I'm here, together with -MomoX, for my second time hosting another CTB.ph tournament giving casual players and up rising PH players a tournament experience!

**CatchPH Players that has Ranks between 1000 and 9999 are only allowed to this tournament**

REGISTRATION RULES

1. Requirements to this tournament
   - Must be a filipino catch player
   - Global rank must be between 1000 and 9999
   - 1Billion rank score
   - 3k Play count on your
   **Requirments 1 and 2 will determine if you are elligible to this tournament.
   **Requirements 3 and 4 are essential requirements to know if your is legit or not.
   If you believe somehow you're legit and didn't meet the requirements, I encourage you to me or -MomoX so we can assess your legitimacy.
2. Confirmed 3rd party will be banned from our future tournament and will be prohibited to the world cup.

IN-GAME RULES

GENERAL RULES

1. ScoreV2 will be used for this tournament.
2. Players are allowed to the 15 minutes before the scheduled match.
3. You can't nullify a beatmap under any circumstances
4. Players will be given 15 minutes to the lobby, if they failed to they are disqualified. And will award their opponent a WBD
5. The first 20 seconds of the match can be aborted by the referee if any unfortunate event happen. Like a sudden PLDC or blackout this is only allowed once in a match per player.
6. Failed score at end of the map will cost u to lose the match. But reviving and surviving during a map is considered as ing it.
7. Unfornate events happens most of the times in tourney, like a sudden PLDC or Blackouts. But worry not the ref will pause the match for you in 3 minutes, however if you're still haven't the lobby, the referee will continue the match and you can the lobby to play for the next round.
   Sadly if you still failed to after those conditions. I'm sorry but you are disqualified.
   NOTE: other players are not allowed to leave the lobby under this circumstances

CHALLENGER STAGE RULES

1. This a survival match and to win, you need to earn points to move on to the next round.
2. Challenger Stage of the tournament is where 1 group with 4 or 8 players will play a 12 rounds of match to earn points! (The groupings will be decided depending on the number of participants)
3. Players will be given 15 minutes to the lobby, if they failed to they are disqualified.
4. 2 SR maps will be given before each of the round starts.
5. After the 1st round players will be given a 15 minute break.
6. Pointing system will be:
   SR.FC = 5 points
   1st = 1 point
   2nd = 0.75 points
   3rd = 0.50 points
   4th = 0.25 points
7. Top 4 of the two groups in the survival match will be moving on to the Legend Stage which are the playoffs

LEGENDS STAGE RULES

1. If a player quits the match. He will be given a few minutes, if he failed to . He's/Her opponent will automatically Win by Default.
2. Players will be given 2 bans and only allowed to ban 1 mod on the mappool.
   (e.g)
   Player 1 Banned DTMod
   Player 2 Banned HRMod
   Player 1 Banned FreeMod/Nomod
   Player 2 Banned Nomod/FreeMod
3. Everything will be decided by rolls. The player who rolled higher will be the one who decided whether if he's the first pick or ban.

MOD RULES

1. Tie Breaker will be played with NoMod. The use of HD mod will be allowed.
2. When playing the FreeMod map, you're allowed to use the following combinations:
   Hidden, HardRock and Hidden+HardRock.
3. At any map, players are not allowed to use the following mods : Easy, Flashlight, Sudden Death, other difficulty reducing, or unranked mods
4. When picking either Double Time or HardRock maps, you are allowed to pick Hidden alongside Double Time or HardRock.

Proves everyone that he is the most dominant player in the tournament and drop 1 map on throughout the tournament! What a dominant performance and display of skill set in every mods he played. Every match he played was one sided on his favor truly a remarkable player and hopefully we will see him someday play with the big boys in CWC! Congrats!


Riyo

After dropping the first round of the group stage she crawled her way to grand finals! And showed her skill set in DT and HR! But it was not enough to bring home the bacon, but still fighting your way from the start of lower bracket to reach the grand finals was no easy feat!

Both players showed that they can keep up with the best players in the tournament thus placing top3/4 was not bad. A truly worthy adversary!
