Try deleting this then running again. The public build also took 5 seconds just now though, which is unusual, so I think you're right about the disk cache.On the other hand, a success story - I was able to a beatmap with \u00e5 in the title! The public build won't let you do that, but the test build just did, and it imported perfectly fine into both test and public.
